... I can't say enough about Robert. John has been dealing with contractors for over 20 years and we both agree he is the most honest, truthful, respectful person we have ever dealt with. His cost did not go over at at all unless we asked him to do something additional, than he always provided us how much it would cost. The project ran longer but it was not due his end, it was due to materials on backorder that he could not control. For 18 months he was always early to the job and never missed a day, he was fantasic. As far as being aware of anything, just set expectations with him upfront... You will absolutely not go wrong with him...
